Objectives of Siljeur Leadership Development Trust:

• The belief that out of the individuals underprivileged communities of the Western Cape we can, we will, excel as corporate leaders, community leaders and independent business owners.
  
• SLDT must contribute to laying the foundation for the success of young people.
  
• Want to prepare the leaders of tomorrow.
  
• Stimulate support for the utilization of individuals from targeted communities.
  
• Nurture a network of talented (youth and adult) by providing opportunities for them to interact at various social and cultural events.
  
• Promote and encourage economic and civic involvement.
  
• Link the Siljeur Leadership Development Trust with various institutions (public and private) focused on development on targeted beneficiaries and communities.
  
• Develop the organizational capabilities to support the strategy and objectives of the Trust.
